Terms and Conditions
Last updated: 16 January 2026
Your Company Name, with its registered office at [registered address] (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”), operates a professional online translation platform available at [yourdomain.com] (the “Website”).
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) set out the rules for accessing and using our translation services (the “Service”) and form a legally binding agreement between the Company and each user or customer (“Customer”, “you”).
By opening an account, purchasing Credits, submitting material for translation, or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
The Service is provided exclusively through the Website. No API access, developer tools, desktop software, or third-party integrations are offered unless explicitly stated on the Website.
We operate in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The Service is not available in jurisdictions where its provision would violate sanctions, export controls, or other legal restrictions. We may restrict access to or terminate this Agreement immediately if the Service is used in connection with restricted territories or sanctioned individuals or entities.
