How the service operates?
Upload your document, select the original and target languages, add credits if required, and begin the translation. Most files are processed within seconds, after which you can download the completed translation.
What file types do you accept?
We currently support PDF, DOCX, PPTX, XLSX, and TXT files, with additional formats coming soon. If your file type isn’t listed, please contact support and we’ll help you find the best way to upload or convert it.
How many languages can I translate into?
We currently support 32 languages, with more being added regularly. Popular language pairs include English, Spanish, French, German, Arabic, Chinese, Japanese, Portuguese, Italian, and Turkish.
Is there a size limit for uploads?
The maximum size per text job is 1,000,000 characters. For document uploads, the file size limit is 30 MB. If your file exceeds these limits, we recommend splitting it into smaller parts or compressing any embedded media.
Will my layout and structure remain intact?
Yes. We strive to preserve tables, images, headings, bullet points, and overall layout. In cases of complex formatting, minor manual adjustments may be required.
What level of accuracy can I expect?
We use leading AI models optimized to deliver natural, context-aware translations.
How fast is the translation delivered?
Most translations are completed within seconds to a few minutes, depending on file size and language pair. Larger or image-heavy PDFs may take slightly longer to process.
How do translation credits work?
Purchase prepaid credits using Visa or Mastercard and use them for each translation. There are no subscriptions, no automatic billing, and credits never expire.
How much does translation cost?
Each translation requires €5 in credits per document, along with €1 in credits for every 1,000 characters. Pricing is shown in euros, and credits are purchased on the website prior to starting a translation.
Are invoices available, and can I add VAT information?
A receipt is automatically sent to your email after checkout. At this time, we do not issue invoices and are unable to add VAT or company details to the receipt.
Do you ensure data security and privacy?
Your original documents are not stored. Only the final translated output is kept for your convenience.
Can I translate text from images or scanned files?
Image-based files and scanned PDFs are not supported at this time. Please upload text-based documents only.
What if I notice an issue with my translation?
We offer up to three free retries if there are issues with a translation. If the problem continues, please contact support for assistance.
Is a refund available?
If you experience any issues with your translation or purchase, please reach out to support and we’ll assist in resolving the matter.
Is API access available?
API access is not available at this time.
